Yayoi Yoshida was a child prodigy who has won many awards as a pianist and keyboardist, as well as a composer and arranger in her native Tokyo.

In the early 90’s, Yayoi designed and built her own multilevel professional recording studio: Bagel House in downtown Tokyo. This state of the art studio went on to produce over 500 records for many Japanese superstars including:
Hisayoshi Takuma (1996 – 1998)

These recordings were made under the personal direction Yayoi, working as both a composer/arranger as well as pianist.

Between 1986 and 1999 Yayoi also continued to perform live, as the Featured Soloist (Pianoforte and Pipe Organ) in front of a full orchestra, at many prestigious concerts including:

In search of new challenges and eager to widen her audience toi the rest of the world, Yayoi moved to Los Angeles in 2000. She spent several years writing and recording a series of intimate piano and keyboard compositions. These compositions showcase the depth of her artistry. A full length record featuring these pieces is planned for an upcoming release.

In 2000, Yayoi had had a concert with Vinx, and recordings as well. Her most recent CD is Memories, which features outstanding musicians, engineers and was produced in a professional studio.

After that, Yayoi has been performing in Los Angeles and meeting with top performers. In 2005, she recorded her album Memories at Capitol Studio. This has been her life until the present.
